Return Policy

  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Item(s) must be unwashed, unworn and never been used. All tags and labels must still be attached
  • Use the original bag you received your order in
  • Socks cannot be returned because of hygiene reasons
  • We offer refunds via the original payment method used to make the order
  • Exchanges are not part of our return policy, that’s a reason why we want to make returning an item as easy as possible
  • Anything accidentally returned to us (not a MEAUXGLIT item) is the responsibility of the sender. We will always do our best but unfortunately we can’t make any promises

To make our return process as smooth as possible for you, we tried our absolute best to find an easy way for you to return your item(s) for FREE (**). Together with our partners we build our own personalised and easy-to-use Return Portal

The Netherlands, France, Belgium, Luxembourg

If your country is NOT listed here you will be responsible for the cost of your return.


Why isn’t there a return form send with my order?

We are very conscious of our environment and the people living on this beautiful planet. As part of our sustainability efforts, we are striving for a better tomorrow! These includes removing a return form with sending your order to you.

We build a personalised Return Portal for you to make it as easy as possible for you to return your item(s). And that is the main reason we don’t need to include return forms with our orders. Save the planet!


Received an incorrect, faulty or incomplete order?

Sorry to hear you have received a incorrect, faulty or incomplete order! But DON’T WORRY and please send us the following information to

  • Order number
  • Item name
  • A few photos of:
    1. The incorrect or faulty item as clear as possible (front and back)
    2. The Meauxglit logo on the item
    3. The “size” and “washing” labels as clear as possible


Don’t worry about sending your incorrect or faulty item back, just keep hold of it until you have been contacted by one of our colleagues. And of course you will be refunded the full 100%.


I still haven’t received my refund

Still waiting on your refund? We know it can be annoying and we are trying our absolute best! Depending on where you are and what country you are returning from it can take up to 14 DAYS to be delivered by our returns team.

If you’re still not sure if everything is going as planned please contact us through to get in touch with our Customer Support and include the following information in your mail:

  • Proof of postage (receipt/e-mail)
  • Your order number
  • The tracking number


Can I exchange my items?
