How do I shop

How do I add and place items in my shopping cart?

First you choose the type of product you want to order and then you are automatically taken to the product page. Here you make a choice of size and quantity and then click on "Add to Cart". The product is then automatically added to your cart.

When you're done shopping, click on your cart in the upper right corner of the website and than follow the payment steps to checkout.

How do I delete an item from my cart?

If you want to remove an item, just click on the little "X" on the right of your product. It is simply removed from your cart within one click.

What if I order something and it is not in stock?

Unfortunately, it is possible that an item is sold out just as you are completing your order. We will send you a credit note by e-mail and the amount will be refunded within 24 hours via the payment method you used to place your order. 

Where can I find information on sizes?

Our Size Guide provides you with all the information you need about what size will fit you the best. This page can also be found at the bottom of the website.

Can I change my order or address once it has been placed?

If you find out that you have chosen a wrong article, picked the wrong size(s) or placed the wrong delivery address during checkout. Than contact us within 12 hours via our email support@meauxglit.com or our Contact Page.

Wrong address

Please notify us of your situation as soon as possible within 12 hours. We will work on it and do our best to change the delivery address if the order has not yet been sent. Please provide us with the following information: 

  • Order number
  • First- and Lastname 
  • Shipping address
  • NEW shipping address  

Wrong article(s)/size(s)

You will have to wait until you have received the article(s). When you have received your order, please send back the entire package.

Meauxglit is in both cases not responsible for the mistake made. In addition, you are responsible for any shipping costs you may incur.

Who will deliver my package?

To best serve our customers worldwide, we at Meauxglit use Sendcloud. This smart shipping partner allows us to offer our customers flexible delivery options and make shipping as easy as possible for everyone.

We use a number of different logistics parties: POSTNL, DHL, FedEx, UPS and many more

How long does it take for an order to be shipped?

When your order has been placed we will do our absolute best to make sure your order is leaving our warehouse within one workingday. You will receive a confirmation mail from us. Exact shipping time depends on the country of destination.

My order

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can easily track your order.

When we have shipped your order you will receive an email from us containing a Track & Trace code with which you can follow the status of your order.

I have received an incorrect, faulty or incomplete order, what should I do?

Sorry to hear you have received a incorrect, faulty or incomplete order! But DON’T WORRY and please send us the following information to support@meauxglit.com:

  • Order number
  • Item name
  • A few photos of:
    1. The incorrect or faulty item as clear as possible (front and back)
    2. The Meauxglit logo on the item
    3. The “size” and “washing” labels as clear as possible

If the damage or defect was caused by no fault of your own, we will refund the full purchase price if you wish. For damages or defects caused in any other way, we may charge you for the reduction in value. 

Where is my order confirmation?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via the email you specified when placing your order.

To be sure, always check your spam folder and contact us if you haven't received a confirmation via support@meauxglit.com.

Can I cancel or change my order?

No, once you have placed an order you cannot cancel or change it. Please email us at support@meauxglit.com so we can help you.

You have the possibility to return the product(s) if you have placed a wrong order and received your package. Go to our Return Page to find out how to return your package in 6 easy steps. 

Why was my order cancelled?

If your order was cancelled, it may be due to the product being sold out very quickly and not being in stock at the moment. We strive to have all our products available at all times. 

If the item you ordered is sold out, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation and refund you. 

My payment did not succeed, how can I complete my order now?

If your payment was not completed correctly, this can be due to several reasons, such as problems with your internet provider or a technical problem with your current bank. We advise you to try again later and contact your bank if the problem persists.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it to us free of charge within 14 days or notify us that you are cancelling your purchase within this period. After this notification you still have 14 days to return the item(s). 

If the item is not returned in good condition, we may charge a reduction in value. If you want to know how to return your item(s), please visit our Return Page

Is it possible to exchange items?

Currently we don’t offer any exchanges. We only offer refunds to make the return process as easy as possible. If you like to know how to return your item(s), please check our Return Page. If you have received your refund you can get the item(s) you want.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive the refund as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we have received your return and it has passed our quality test. We will always refund the amount via the payment method used. 

Is it possible to return sale items?

No, It is not possible to return sale items. 

 

 

Promotions

How do I use my discount code?

On the checkout page at the right side you will find the box "discount code". Enter your discount code to benefit from the discount. 
Per order it is allowed to use one discount code.

Discount codes do not apply to shipping costs. 

My discount code is not accepted, how is this possible?

When your discount code is not accepted, it could be that you did not fill in the code correctly. If you have copied and pasted the code, it is possible that a space has been copied along which causes the code not to work. 

If it still does not work, please contact us via our email support@meauxglit.com or our Contact Page.

Where are your products made?

All our products are designed in the Netherlands and most of them are made in China. We also cooperate with suppliers from other countries.

Does Meauxglit have physical stores?

No, at Meauxglit we do not have any physical stores selling our products. Feel free to contact us if you are interested in becoming an exclusive Meauxglit retailer.
